Neolitics is pleased to announce the addition of Alan Wilson, the former Executive Chairman and CEO of McCormick and Company (NYSE: MKC), to our Board of Directors. McCormick is a leading global spice company with annual sales of ~$4.3 billion and a market cap of $13.2 billion. During his six year tenure as CEO, Alan’s leadership was instrumental in quadrupling the Company’s share price. Alan currently sits on the Boards of Westrock, T. Rowe Price, the National Association of Manufacturers, and the Grocery Manufacturers Association, among others and Neolitics is fortunate to be included in this prestigious group. Additionally, we are pleased to announce that Alan is a retired U.S. Army Captain who served tours in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany and we thank him for his service.
